1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Autence, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our AI-driven social media management scheduling and analytical tools.

2. Subscription Fees & Social Sets

Autence is billed on a recurring subscription model:

• Autence Standard Plan is priced at $18/month per active social set.
• For collaborative accounts or workspaces, a team member surcharge of $29/month per additional user is applied.
• Subscription fees are processed securely via Stripe. Failure to pay monthly billing will trigger automatic suspension of connected social scheduler jobs.

3. Acceptable Content Usage

You retain all rights and ownership of your generated inputs. You agree not to schedule, publish, or configure Autence tools to distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or infringing on intellectual property. Autence reserves the right to suspend any account violating content distribution integrity.

4. System Limitation & Disclaimers

Autence utilizes external artificial intelligence API mechanisms for text curation, visual assets, and metrics tracking. While we build high-fidelity workflows, Autence does not guarantee that predicted virality scores will reflect real-world social outcomes.
